There is a two (2) night mimimum for Friday and Saturday nights from June 20 through Oct 16.
There is a three (3) night minimum on holidays.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy.

For a stay of three (3) nights or less the total amount of your tarrif is due upon reservation.  For stays four (4) nights or more half the tarrif is due.

There is a $100 per night cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your check-in day. If cancellation is within two weeks of your check-in date the fee is $50 per night with a maximum of $200.  There are No Refunds if you cancel the day of check in.

There is a $25 transaction fee in all cases of cancellation regardless of when the cancellation is made.

We do not accept childern under age 12.

Check-in is at 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. If you are unable to ensure check in at 2:00 pm other arrangements must be made PRIOR  to the day of check in.

There are accomidations for ONLY one (1) vehicle per room rented.

There is NO inside storage for bicycles.  We provide a lock and a tarp.

The Beach House is an Non Smoking establishment.
